We do not have auto-renewals enabled. You will never be charged for an item that you don’t consent to paying for (through checkout or clicking the “pay now” link in an invoice). One month after your initial purchase of a 1 month subscription item you will be sent an invoice asking if you want to renew for the next month. These often overlap with the previous box because of the time it takes to ship the initial box, and its likely you will not have received your initial purchase before this is sent. The renewal is completely optional, and all you have to do to cancel is take no action.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is proven to be defective, which must be proven by the customer. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect, photos, and any other necessary information and we will process your replacement/refund. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
In cases of broken items we may direct you to the original manufacturer and ask you to process your replacement through them.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel a multi-month subscription (3, 6 or 12 months) you will be refunded your payment for months that still have open ordering periods. If you cancel your subscription after the current month’s ordering period you will receive that month’s LARP Box. By canceling a multi-month subscription you agree to forfeit your multi-month discount and your refund will be calculated by charging the single month subscription cost (plus tax/shipping) multiplied by the number of months expended. Subscriptions purchased this month are scheduled to ship at or near the end of next month. Subscription purchase and cancelation deadline is the last day of the month of purchase. Multi-month subscriptions canceled after the end of the purchase month will not be refund for that month. Holidays may delay shipping.
